About Me
I’m Jason — or as most people know me online, @jasonboxingnerd. I founded Super Sweet Science Boxing to help people experience real boxing — not the flashy, watered-down version, but the authentic craft that builds skill, discipline, and confidence.
My Process
I believe real progress in boxing comes from structure, not chaos. Every session follows a clear plan — we build strong fundamentals first, then layer in movement, defense, and timing until everything feels instinctive. My focus is on quality over volume: sharp technique, purposeful drills, and conditioning that directly improves performance.
